MY ROLE ON THE PROJECT
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
In the giSchool project, I served as a System Administrator with primary focus on infrastructure management, system security, and ensuring optimal performance of the GIS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing distance calculation algorithms and the API
- Managing and maintaining server infrastructure and cloud services
- Managing user access controls and permissions for administrators
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues
- Deploying and maintaining application updates and security patches
- Collaborating with development team on system architecture and scalability
